The role
The Grants Coordinator will support the Grants Manager in ensuring effective grants management, including proposal development, donor compliance, and reporting. This role involves working closely with programme and support teams to ensure timely and high-quality submissions and maintaining an overview of all grants and donor requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain an overview of all grants, donor requirements, rules and regulations, and deadlines
- Support and coordinate the process of developing concept notes, proposals, and reports
- Support budget-holders ensure donor compliance and quality control across the project portfolio
- Provide an internal helpdesk on donor related issues, including organizing and delivering trainings in donor rules and regulations, as well as proposal and report writing
- Facilitate key PCM activities, including Proposal Planning Meetings, Grant Opening Meetings, Grant Review Meetings and Grant Closure Meetings
- Support external donor audits

- At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in a related field
- Experience of donor relations and grants management
- Experience working in complex environments and with displaced populations
- Good understanding of donor rules and regulations
- Proven skills and experience in report and proposal development and working with multiple donors
- Good personal organisational skills, including time management, and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
