The role
The Grants and Contracts Officer will support WoMin's donor and partner accountabilities by strengthening grants administration, donor compliance, and partnership contracting.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update the donor and grants register
- Develop and maintain quarterly donor reporting schedules
- Coordinate multiple contributions from programme staff to donor reports
- Work with the Movement Support Unit to identify and agree critical partners
- Support the development and maintenance of MoUs and partner contracts
- Maintain tracking systems for MoUs and contracts
What it takes
- Minimum five years’ experience in projects and programme administration and coordination
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in social sciences, information management or a related field
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proactive and creative in responding to challenges
- Strong attention to detail
