The role

The Grant Acquisition Manager leads the end-to-end pursuit of institutional funding, including donor landscape analysis, opportunity identification, and proposal development. This role serves as the primary driver for competitive positioning by coordinating cross-functional teams to create compelling, donor-compliant proposals. The manager is responsible for building trust-based relationships with institutional donors and government bodies while managing complex, multi-partner bids. Additionally, they oversee proposal workflows, award negotiations, and the implementation of best practices for grant acquisition.
