The role

Supports government affairs projects, develops stakeholder and policy materials, and assists with executive and external engagements for Honeywell Technologies' Government Relations team.

What you'll do

Support development, review, and maintenance of government relations fact sheets
Assist with U.S. state and country-specific reporting
Maintain project trackers, stakeholder maps, and internal reference tools
Support planning and execution of Government Relations events and external engagements
Assist with HONPAC recruiting, events, compliance and administration
Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, shell memos, outreach drafts, and follow-up correspondence

What it takes

3+ years of private or public sector experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience supporting government affairs, public policy, legislative tracking, stakeholder engagement, or corporate communications
Strong written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners
