The role

One Acre Fund is seeking a professional with 2-3 years of experience to strengthen GR processes and team coordination, champion skills building and coordinate donor workflows across a 100-person Government Relations team.

What you'll do

  • Manage leadership meetings, team retreats, and the global performance management calendar
  • Develop briefings and talking points for leadership, and coordinate the rollout of compliance tools across multiple countries
  • Run department-wide learning initiatives (like the skills academy and mentorship program) and partner with global teams on cross-functional projects to boost efficiency
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of the CRM software and advisory councils across country teams, while auditing stakeholder engagement to recommend improvements
  • Act as the main administrative and logistical link between Government Relations (GR) and business development for major public donor processes (e.g., GCF, GAC)
  • Track donor activities, gather government approvals, and ensure smooth data flow
