The role

What you'll do

  • Provide company secretarial services and governance support to the World Vision Ghana Intermediate Board.
  • Oversee National Office Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions to ensure organizational policy adherence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks and security strategies.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory environments to update internal management policies.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of the Enterprise Risk Management and Governance & Legal officers.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management, or Corporate Governance (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience in corporate governance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an International NGO with a focus on humanitarian operating models.
