The role
To advance Teach For All's 25-year vision, we are seeking a Global Learning Lead of Fellowship Programs that Teach For All network partners run. This person will lead global learning and network partner support of training, support, and development of fellowship participants.
What you'll do
- Foster the development of highly effective fellowship programs across the Teach For All network
- Advance global learning on teacher-leader development

What it takes
- 15+ years of experience in education with a minimum of 10+ years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, instructional and/or leadership coaching, or school leadership programs.
- Deep understanding of Teach For All’s theory of change
- Strategic leadership ability to set vision and strategy even in ambiguity and complexity
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
- Proven experience fostering the leadership and engagement of a diverse, globally dispersed team
- Comfort with monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems
