The role
The Gestor/a de Protección will provide direct case management for refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable populations in El Salvador. Responsibilities include activating protection pathways, conducting community outreach, and coordinating with public institutions and NGOs to ensure the fulfillment of fundamental rights. The role focuses on developing individual action plans, providing emergency psychosocial support, and maintaining confidential case files. The professional will work closely with community stakeholders to deliver effective humanitarian assistance.
