The role

The Field Manager will lead the implementation of humanitarian projects in Ipiales, Nariño, overseeing personnel and ensuring effective execution of budgets, work plans, and procurement. This role involves acting as the primary representative of the IRC to local authorities, partners, and humanitarian actors to strengthen organizational impact. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams in logistics, finance, and programs to ensure compliance with institutional and donor requirements while promoting community participation.
