The role

The Working Families Party is seeking a Georgia Electoral Organizing Fellow to support voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and campaign engagement in Metro Atlanta. This is a four-month, part-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

What you'll do

  • Run direct voter contact through door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and community events
  • Recruit and re-engage volunteers through calls and one-on-one relational organizing
  • Serve as WFP's liaison to assigned campaigns, coordinating volunteer support
  • Build relationships with community organizations and other stakeholders
  • Participate in required trainings, coaching, and check-ins with WFP staff
