What you'll do
- Serve meals, snacks & drinks including taking payments
- Clean all equipment, crockery & cutlery as required
- Help building made to order sandwiches and building plates from the service line
- Ensure all food is handled in accordance with the standards specified in the Food Safety & Quality Management System
- Receive deliveries and check supplier invoices in accordance with the company systems/procedures
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
What it takes
- Food Safety Level 2 (or able to achieve on appointment)
- Health & Safety qualification (or able to achieve on appointment)
- Basic COSHH
- Customer Care and Customer Service experience, preferably in a Catering environment
- Problem solving skills, ability to see the end game and work around particular hurdles placed at short notice
- Ability to use and understand Cash, Cash Handling, EPOS and Cashless systems
