The position involves leading a strategic assessment and program quality initiative to strengthen the meaningful inclusion of women in WASH programming, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives, workplans and budgets.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of a strategic assessment and programme quality initiative aimed at strengthening the meaningful inclusion of women in WASH programming.
- Oversee technical assessments, evidence generation, data analysis and production of operational recommendations to strengthen gender-responsive WASH programme design and service delivery.
- Coordinate technical engagement with implementing partners and relevant stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Represent SI in technical meetings, workshops and coordination forums related to gender-responsive WASH programming.
- Support the development of practical tools, technical guidance and organisational learning to improve the integration of women's priorities into WASH programmes.
- Ensure activities are delivered in compliance with SI procedures, donor requirements and the evolving operational context.
