Gender and PSEA Coordinator

The role

The Gender and PSEA Coordinator supports the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Lao PDR by facilitating inter-agency collaboration on gender equality and women's empowerment (GEWE) and the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA). The role involves coordinating the Gender Theme Group and PSEA Network, monitoring performance against UN accountability frameworks, and providing technical assistance for joint initiatives. This position is vital for ensuring coherent, effective, and inclusive UN system-wide support for national development priorities.
