GEDSI Integration and Mainstreaming Specialist

The role

This role focuses on integrating Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) approaches across programs in Timor-Leste, including water, climate resilience, and disaster preparedness. The incumbent will provide capacity building for staff and partners, facilitate community engagement, and ensure monitoring and reporting are GEDSI-sensitive. The position involves coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders to advocate for inclusive policies and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
