The role

The consultant will provide technical support and capacity building for GBV administrative data systems in Asia Pacific country offices, focusing on survivor-centered approaches and data governance.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support in alignment with global guidelines and best practices
  • Support country offices to review existing GBV administrative data systems
  • Support the adaptation of GBVIMS+ for use by the government
  • Develop and finalize country-specific GBV data system frameworks
  • Provide technical leadership to adapt GBVIMS+ or national administrative databases
  • Design, contextualize, and deliver specialized training packages

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree (Master's or PhD) in Gender Statistics, Public Health Informatics, Data Governance, Demography, International Law, or related fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in GBV administrative data systems
  • Proven regional or multi-country technical leadership
  • Deep understanding of GBV guiding principles and safety by design
  • Experience providing strategic policy and technical advisory services to senior government officials
  • Experience developing and facilitating workshops and webinars
