The role
The Fundraising Operations Coordinator will process donations, enter gift information into Salesforce, and provide customer service to donors and organizations supporting World Central Kitchen’s mission.
What you'll do
- Retrieve gift information from various external sources
- Clean, transform, and enter gifts into Salesforce
- Review gift entries for quality and accuracy
- Reconcile files to sync to Finance platform
- Contribute to various team projects as assigned
- Provide prompt response to internal ad hoc requests for gift information
What it takes
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, clarity, and detail
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to follow documented and verbal instructions and ask clarifying questions as appropriate
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and/or Apple applications
