The role
The Fundraising Operations Assistant will support Prosper Global’s mission by ensuring donors feel valued and their contributions are handled with care. Responsibilities include processing incoming gifts, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality supporter care.
What you'll do
- Process incoming donations, including cash, cheques, card payments, and digital contributions
- Maintain organised and secure digital records
- Serve as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries
- Support monthly financial reconciliation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising operations policies, procedures and systems
