The International Rescue Committee UK is seeking a Fundraising Operations Analyst to support stakeholder goals and strategy by establishing comprehensive donation processes and mapping business requirements with technology setup.
What you'll do
- Guide discovery activities for gift processing projects and new donation system set ups
- Maintain comprehensive business knowledge pertaining to the gift processing performed through payment platforms and gateways used across IRC's global markets
- Serve as an escalation point for GDO team to help with troubleshooting data inconsistencies produced through data entry, integrations and payment transfers
- Identify and help resolve the root cause of inaccurate data and recommend improvements to processes and adjusting workflows as needed
- Provide support to data quality projects and required updates to business processes
- Build out project management system for global GDO team and lead on project coordination as needed
What it takes
- Broad knowledge of fundraising databases, data integrity, payment gateway systems and processing workflows
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and building reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced technical skills including proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools; SQL database experience a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to devise creative solutions to complex issues
- Organized, highly detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
