The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Fundraising Operations Analyst to support stakeholder goals and strategy, manage data quality, and coordinate project management systems in the UK.
What you'll do
- Guide discovery activities for gift processing projects and new donation system set ups
- Maintain comprehensive business knowledge pertaining to the gift processing performed through payment platforms
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting data inconsistencies
- Identify and help resolve root causes of inaccurate data, recommend improvements to processes
- Provide support to data quality projects and required updates to business processes
- Build out project management system for global GDO team
