The role
The Fundraising Consultant will support WRI Indonesia as the secretariat of Indonesia NPAP in developing and executing a fundraising strategy to support the sustain phase of the Indonesia NPAP.
What you'll do
- Conduct research and desk study related to fundraising activities, funding mechanism, donor landscape, and proposal development.
- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategy and funding proposals.
- Coordinate regular meetings with potential donors and NPAP community.
- Lead stakeholders engagement in relation to fundraising activity.
- Develop the NPAP Sustain Phase strategy and administrative and governance structure.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of fundraising activities.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, business, development studies, international relations, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant experience in external fundraising and resource mobilization.
- Proven track record of contributing to successful grant acquisition efforts.
- Experience in developing concept notes, project proposals, and donor-facing materials.
- Good understanding of donor priorities, funding mechanisms, and partnership models.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian environmental landscape.
