The role

The Fund Portfolio Associate will provide administrative support for Multi-Partner Trust Funds (MPTFs) and Joint Projects (JPs), ensuring timely setup and updates of Gateway pages, maintaining relevant files, providing programmatic and financial support, and contributing to knowledge sharing.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and facilitate signatures of standard Contribution Agreements (SAAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Ensure timely set-up and update of GATEWAY pages
  • Provide routine programmatic support to Fund Secretariats
  • Create proposals and set up budgets in Quantum
  • Assist in the preparation of annual consolidated reporting

What it takes

  • Minimum 6 years (with Secondary education) or 3 years (with University Degree) of progressively responsible experience
  • Experience with UN pooled financing mechanisms is an asset
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of French and/or Spanish desirable
  • Experience in using computers applications and software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) as well as web-based management systems is required
