The role
Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation is hiring a part-time (20 hours) Friends of the Library Coordinator to act as liaison and advisor for 13 Friends’ groups. This role involves communication, organization, leadership, and travel.
What you'll do
- Attend monthly meetings with 13 Friends groups
- Encourage FOL to support and engage with each other through work groups
- Ensure consistent procedures between FOL systems for secure record-keeping, membership processing, financial audit processes
- Supervise volunteers, develop onboarding support for officers, help them set their group’s goals
