Food Production Manager
The role
The Food Production Manager provides leadership and supervision to kitchen staff and volunteers in support of the General Manager of Kitchen Operations. This role oversees meal production planning, ensures strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and manages inventory and documentation. The position focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a high-volume food service environment.
