The Fitness Center Floor Staff is responsible for providing members with a positive and safe workout experience through attentive customer service and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting fitness orientations, building member relationships, and ensuring the fitness area remains clean and orderly. This role also requires active supervision of the facility and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
