What you'll do
- Mitwirkung bei Budgeterstellung und Budgetmonitoring der Auslandsprojekte
- Erstellung von Mittelanforderungen beim Zuwendungsgeber und Kontrolle der Zahlungseingänge
- Überweisung von Vorschüssen an die Auslandsdelegationen, Abrechnung von Auslandskassen, Kassenbelegablage und -archivierung
- Führen der Projektstammakte, Rechnungsbearbeitung sowie das Anfertigen von Zahlungs- und Buchungsanweisungen
- Abrechnung der Projekte, Erstellung von Zwischen- und Verwendungsnachweisen unter Beachtung geberspezifischer Vorgaben
What it takes
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische/verwaltungstechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Abrechnung drittmittelfinanzierter Projekte
- Fundierte Buchhaltungskenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Zuwendungsrecht
- Beherrschung einer Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware, z.B. SAP und/oder Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Routinierter Umgang mit Office 365 und vertiefte Kenntnisse in Excel
