- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of International Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Audit (ISA), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI)
- Experience in assessing internal control systems and evaluating financial management systems
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
