Financial Analyst II

The role

The Financial Analyst II plays a critical role within the Clinical Finance Team, performing advanced accounting activities, financial planning, and performance analysis. The incumbent works closely with senior management and unit directors to provide data-driven financial insights and oversee billing optimization within the Laboratory Medicine Program. This position involves managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and coordinating annual budget processes in a complex healthcare environment.
