The role
Anthropic is seeking a Finance & Strategy partner focused on Public Benefit and Public Policy to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for its giving and policy work.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Public Benefit and Global Affairs leaders
- Lead annual planning, in-year forecasting, and multi-year planning
- Design and run stage-gated funding
- Lead the financial planning of large or strategic commitments
- Bring funding recommendations and tradeoffs to executive leadership
- Set up spend categorization and reporting
