What you'll do
- Owning Impact Ops’ bookkeeping, month-end close, and management accounts
- Preparing annual accounts and cash flow forecasting
- Handling payroll, invoicing, contracting, and HR administration
- Managing client Service Level Agreements and contractor agreements
- Maintaining a reliable view of contractual obligations, renewal dates, and scope changes
- Onboarding and offboarding administration
What it takes
- A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience running or providing accounting support for the finance function of a small business
- UK payroll experience
