What you'll do
- Support and review project Budget Follow-Up (BFU), forecasts, budget consumption and variance analysis
- Review the consistency of financial data across accounting records, BFUs, forecasts and donor financial reports
- Support preparation and review of donor financial reports
- Support financial compliance checks, audit preparation and follow-up of financial findings and corrective actions
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to operational budget holders and Field Operations colleagues
What it takes
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial-systems literacy
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Turkish ID holder and legally able to work in Turkey
