The Finance Officer Accounts Payable role is a fixed-term contract position at Action for Children. What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for various suppliers.

- Ensure Purchase Order process adherence and liaise with procurement colleagues.
- Enforce anti-fraud controls in relation to purchasing activities.
- Process weekly BACS runs and ensure timely Fostering payments.
- Produce and present relevant KPIs for management.

- Prior experience supporting a finance function.
- Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion software.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
