The role
The Finance & Information Specialist provides specialized finance/accounting-related services to the Real Estate Gifts team within the Gift Planning department at The Nature Conservancy.
What you'll do
- Collect, process, and ensure payment of property taxes for each trade land.
- Provide informational tracking for real estate gifts to ensure reliable asset management.
- Request reimbursements related to trade lands from external parties.
- Write and disseminate transaction summary reports.
- Act as a point of contact between donors, fundraisers, and TNC’s Real Estate Gifts team.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Experience with accounting/financial issues and analysis
