The role

Solidarités International is seeking a Finance & HR Manager to support the Administration Department in Lebanon, focusing on accounting, financial management, and administrative tasks.

What you'll do

Support the budget holders in bases and coordination in the budget financial management
Prepare budget proposals for upcoming funding opportunities
Train admin supervisors in the bases on accounting and financial management
Ensure timely accounting and internal reporting
Manage sub-awards and partner financial monitoring
Handle cash flow and treasury management

What it takes

Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Field
0-2 years of experience in the humanitarian sector
0-2 years of experience on a similar position
Accounting skills including use of ERP software
Financial Management skills: Budgeting, monitoring and donor financial reporting
Advanced Excel Skills (advanced formulas, pivot table, chart presentation and financial modeling)
