What you'll do

  • Lead financial risk management and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
  • Mentor and build the capacity of finance staff and partners to ensure efficient service delivery.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of senior-level finance experience in a medium business, NGO, or government agency.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance management position.
  • Strong proficiency in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
