What you'll do
- Develop and oversee financial strategies that support organizational sustainability and strategic priorities
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior leadership

- Lead budgeting, revenue forecasting and cost management

What it takes
- Master's and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant with active membership of a recognized professional accounting body
- At least 12 years of progressive post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role
- Experience leading finance teams in complex, multi-country or multi-office environments
- Experience managing multi-donor grants, awards and contracts, including donor compliance, financial reporting and project-based financial management
- Experience managing organizational or project budgets exceeding USD 10 million
