- 5-7 years of experience in financial management within an INGO or bilateral organization.
- Relevant degree such as M.COM, B.COM, MBA, BBA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Strong understanding of Laos government systems and international development financial standards.
- Excellent proficiency in computerized accounting packages and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
