The role
Support the financial and grants management functions of the organization by ensuring accurate financial administration, effective budget monitoring, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Monitor subawardee financial and management performance
- Prepare and manage a regional budget
- Prepare financial reports and other documentation
- Assist in the development of sub-awardee budgets
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager for audits
- Support procurement for project as needed
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting with 5-8 relevant experience
- CPA, ACCA or any other relevant professional qualification
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in financial management
- Advanced knowledge of donor rules and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage and meet multiple tasks
