The role
The Finance and Budget Assistant will support the review, analysis, and preparation of medium-term plans, budget proposals, and claims processing in the Office of Supply Chain Management.
What you'll do
- Support the review, analysis, and preparation of medium-term plans and budget proposals
- Prepare supporting documents for cost estimates and budget submissions
- Monitor expenditures and compare them to approved budgets; prepare adjustments as necessary
- Calculate, validate, and process claims such as COE, Uniformed Personnel Reimbursement, and Death & Disability
What it takes

- Minimum of seven years of experience in finance, budget, accounting, administrative services, or related area; five years for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher
- Experience applying financial rules, regulations, and procedures
- Experience using ERP systems related to finance, budgeting, and accounting
