The role
The Finance and Administration Officer for MCH&GHS will provide administrative support, manage procurement processes, ensure financial compliance, and oversee budget management in Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia.
What you'll do
- Provide overall administrative and logistic support to the project
- Support procurement processes by preparing requests, obtaining quotations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Review and post financial transactions including payments, advances, liquidation, and reimbursements
- Process and monitor funding transfer and advance to implementing partners
- Support in venue booking, catering, accommodation, transportation, and supplies
- Support both internal and annual external audits for the grant
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting management or relevant degrees
- Certification in Public Accounting is preferable
- At least 2 years’ experience working in similar roles of core financial management with NGOs/INGOs
- At least 2 years’ experience working in directly managing and handling Grants budget, and handling with local NGO partners
- Good English and Khmer communication in both reading and writing
- Financial monitoring /Liaison/ Communication skills
