The role
World Vision Cambodia seeks a Finance and Administration Assistant for MCH&GHS in Banteay Meanchey Province to handle financial functions and provide administrative support.
What you'll do
- Ensure implementation of WVI policies (finance, procurement, administrative and security) at HUBs
- Quality and timely services to CGPP (process payment, office facility, procurement requirement)
- Guide and help CGPP project team on timely and qualitative budget management
- Responsible for data entry of financial transactions into systems
- Support CGPP in implementing the procurement plan
- Asset management (monitoring, tracking, disposal etc.)
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience working in similar roles of core financial management with NGOs/INGOs
- Experience in NGO, financial institutions, development organization, charity, school or colleague
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Power Point) and other financial packages and Bookkeeping
- Proactive, reliable and attentive to details
- Interpersonal skills, planning, organizing, analytical, team player, multitasking skills
