Crest Point for Consultancy and Development is seeking experienced and qualified Field Researchers to support quantitative and qualitative data collection activities in Idlib and Aleppo, Syria.
What you'll do
- Participate in all mandatory training and orientation sessions
- Conduct field visits to assigned locations
- Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews
- Ensure data quality and accuracy
- Coordinate closely with the Field Team Leader and CPCD project team
- Report respondent refusals, accessibility challenges, security incidents, or other relevant field issues

- Minimum of an Institute Degree, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or another relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in field research, assessments, monitoring, evaluation, surveys, or humanitarian/development data collection
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience with Kobo Toolbox, Kobo Collect, ODK, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly within Idlib and Aleppo
