The role
The Field Office Manager serves as the administrative and legal representative of Qatar Charity in the assigned country and is responsible for leading the overall management of the field office.
What you'll do
- Serve as the administrative and legal representative of Qatar Charity in the assigned country
- Lead and oversee all administrative, financial, technical, and legal operations of the field office
- Implement Qatar Charity's strategies, policies, and procedures and translate them into operational plans
- Manage and develop field office staff and oversee performance management processes
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of humanitarian and development programs
- Prepare and oversee annual work plans and budgets
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in humanitarian and development organizations
- Excellent English language skills; Arabic, French or any additional languages are an asset
- Proven experience in country-level leadership, field office management, or large-scale program management
- Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
