The role
The Field Medical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical and technical mentoring, supervision, and support to primary health care centers, ensuring quality services in line with Ministry of Public Health and WHO standards.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical and technical mentoring, supervision, and support to PHCCs
- Ensure implementation of LPSP components in line with MoPH policies
- Review and approve diagnostic tests and monitor prescription practices
- Engage directly with physicians to discuss patient management and treatment plans
- Monitor the quality of services and identify gaps in accordance with MoPH standards
- Collaborate with RI pharmacists to monitor prescriptions and promote rational use of medicines
What it takes
- Medical degree/ License to practice medicine in Lebanon
- Minimum three years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience
- Knowledge of MOPH primary health care network
- Share the humanitarian mission of the organization
- Fluency in Arabic with excellent levels of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
