The role
The MEAL officer will be responsible for supporting the WATAN MEAL team in planning, tool design, documentation, data analysis, and reporting. Also, he/she will work closely with the WATAN programs team, the MEAL field team, INGO partners, and donors.

- Conduct regular field visits to home rehabilitation sites
- Track project objectives and provide regular updates
- Design and develop MEAL plans
- Ensure the establishment and regular updating of the project's Master Beneficiary Database
- Collect, document, and follow up on beneficiary feedback
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative M&E data

- Minimum of three years of practical professional experience in the humanitarian or relief sector
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
