The role
The Field Coordinator will support the scaling up of the team, coach managers, and revise operation modalities in conjunction with the consortium in South Sudan.

- Master Degree in humanitarian/development studies, social sciences, management or other related discipline

- Capacity to deal with many different issues, to self-update and learn very quickly from a highly and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high workload and multiple tasks with tight deadlines
