The role
The Field Coordinator will supervise a small team of enumerators in conducting a large-scale phone survey with Afghan refugees living in Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, ensuring data quality and adherence to ethical standards.

What it takes
- Native or fluent speaker of Dari and ability to communicate professionally in English

- Knowledge of the cultural context and sensitivities of the respondent population
- University degree
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to liaise between enumerators, project management, and research teams
