Field Coordinator

The role

The Field Coordinator will supervise a team of Field Documentation Officers and OSINT Investigators, monitor their performance, and ensure effective coordination and integration between field documentation and OSINT investigations.

What you'll do

• Supervise a team of Field Documentation Officers and OSINT Investigators
• Monitor their performance
• Ensure effective coordination and integration between field documentation and OSINT investigations
• Identify documentation priorities and work plans
• Assign tasks to team members and follow up on their implementation
• Ensure the team’s compliance with the SCM’s methodology and established standards

What it takes

• University degree in law, international law, human rights, political science, management, or any other relevant field
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Good experience in managing systems, software, and databases
• Good knowledge of International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
