What you'll do

• Perform field operations including communication and risk monitoring
• Support emergency evacuation guidance and first aid
• Promote awareness of risks and safe practices in emergencies
• Work directly with local communities to provide information
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities
• Collaborate with the team to identify and manage conflicts

What it takes

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in social mobilization and community organization
• First aid or risk management training (desired)
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in urban environments like slums
