The role
We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and resourceful Female Facilities Manager to ensure the organization has the optimal facilities to support necessary locations and working environments, and to oversee Health & Safety at all offices.
What you'll do
- Ensure the organization has in place the optimum facilities to support the necessary locations and working environment
- Oversee Health & Safety at all offices
- Ensure that accommodation standards and Health and Safety practice is adhered to in our accommodation-based services
- Full management and administration of office-related contracts and services
What it takes
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and the ability to carry out health and safety checks
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience working at a similar level
- Proven experience of management/supervision of office administration environment and of staff
- Numeracy and literacy to Supervisor/Manager level
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to prioritise workloads; work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to use IT packages to support and train others where necessary
