The role
Family Support Practitioner role within Action for Children’s Waterside Family Support Hub, supporting children aged 0-17 and their families in Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Permanent/part-time position with a salary of £26,006.84 per annum pro rata.
What you'll do
- Adhering to safeguarding, risk management, and child protection policies
- Offering guidance and signposting to appropriate services based on identified needs
- Developing services and relationships with Hub partners and other multi-agency partners
- Coordinating Hub meetings for specific services
- Building relationships and knowledge of the network of agencies and services in the community

- Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above or equivalent/related health, counselling, or social care qualification
